Why Ashton Became A Therapist.

After going through her journey in therapy, and seeing how effective it can be when you find the right person, she got inspired to help others in the same way. She knows how meaningful it was to her to have that safe place to be open and vulnerable to truly work through the mental health struggles that she was having and navigating tough situations in her life that felt unmanageable.

Therapy has been so helpful in her life, and her goal is to provide the same safe space that she was able to have in therapy as well. Her goal as a therapist is to provide a place for others to be their true self, open up, be vulnerable, and know that they have a person on their side. She lovingly challenges her patients, roots for them when they do well and holds them with compassion when they fall without judgment. Ashton loves what she does, and is so thankful for the therapist that showed her what therapy could look like. Ashton hopes to do the same for you!
